I am honored to join with clients in helping them find their voice, create deeper connection to themselves and others, and lean into the life they've worked so hard for. My passion is to help people understand themselves in a way that builds self-confidence and ultimately leads to a life that is authentic, connected, and feels fulfilling.

I love doing this work because I’ve been there, too. I get it in a way that only someone who has lived it understands. I know what it’s like to feel unseen, unheard, and alone in these struggles- like you’re the only one carrying the weight. And I know that these experiences weigh heavily and only perpetuate feelings of inadequacy, holding us back from all that we are capable of.

Of course, our journeys will look different from each other’s, after all, no two paths are the same. But, because of my own journey, I’m equipped with what it takes to stay near to your experience as we travel along your path. I believe that you have the resilience and grit to get to where you’ve always intended on going. We’ll find that place together.
I work best with clients that are ready to dive deeply into their history to truly examine the ways their world has impacted them, and just as importantly, the ways they have had impact in their world. Being open to whatever may present itself is imperative to the therapeutic process, and I believe that it is the foundation of lasting transformation.

As for our time together- I am the therapist that will get in the trenches with you.
Maybe you’ve gone to therapy before but it just didn’t go far enough for you. If you're ready for the commitment of a long-term therapeutic relationship that seeks to deepen your lived experience, while deepening your connection to yourself and others, then I might be a good fit for you.

I’ll ask you to do hard things like feeling- and even welcoming- your feelings (yes, ALL of them). We’ll take a look at beliefs and patterns of behavior that have been helpful as well as those that are no longer serving you, and we’ll check in with what your body has to say about all of this. We will work to weave together what is happening here and now, with the history of what has already happened, while keeping the vision for what you would like to embody going forward.
We’ll pull apart the patterns that are pulling you apart, and restore your confidence in yourself.

We’ll merge what is already known with what has been found.

We’ll join the fragmented parts of you as we shape what was always meant to be whole.
