INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
The therapeutic relationship is most important to me, so you can expect me to offer a warm presence that meets you where you’re at. We’ll stay curious together as we take a journey on the path back to you. Through greater insight and self-awareness we are able to forge ahead and lean into life with the confidence to build the legacy you’ve been longing for. FEE: $185 per 45 minute session
TELETHERAPY
I offer virtual therapy sessions to residents of Kansas and Missouri as an alternative to in-person sessions when there are unforeseen circumstances such as illness or inability to commute. These services are provided on a HIPAA secure platform.

COUPLES’ THERAPY
Sometimes life takes a toll on our ability to love each other well. Let’s face it, being in relationship is hard work. You might be looking for therapy as a last resort- you don’t even recognize the person sleeping next to you. Perhaps you value taking a preventative approach and want to work on deeper issues that haven’t surfaced yet, but you know are bound to arise. Whatever the case may be, I’m here to help. Couples’ therapy offers the opportunity to have a third set of eyes on the relationship to bring awareness to the patterns that keep us ‘stuck’ in negative cycles of interaction. When we bring awareness to these patterns, we’re able to effectively interact with them, and transform our ability to connect to the ones we love most.

GROUPÂ THERAPY
It’s important to feel like we aren’t alone. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who can understand what you’re going through. I offer a variety of group opportunities that allow for exploration of relevant issues and provide a sense of connectedness to others on the path to self-discovery.
