Therapy should be safe, inviting, and unconditional, and I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to helping you create change.

My promise is to provide that safety and care by being authentic and listening to whatever you may have on your mind.

If you are looking to feel more self empowered I’m passionate about helping you begin that process. Maybe you're ready  to understand the "why's" behind your experiences...to look more closely at your life's patterns. Or perhaps you're looking for a safe place to share the things that have felt hard to talk about. I’m here to listen and explore with curiosity.

Finding a therapist takes courage, and I’m here to receive you with care, understanding, and non-judgement.

My areas of focus include: trauma, queer issues, relationships,  self empowerment, self understanding, and mood disorders.

I am completing my Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health from MidAmerica Nazarene University. I practice from a secular/non religious perspective, and I welcome all backgrounds, beliefs, and diversity.

In my free time, I love traveling, embroidery, a good fantasy novel, and spending time with my family.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you! Call now to schedule.
